Our Mission

The Lesbian Resource Center is a community-based organization committed to advancing the status of lesbians by combatting all forms of oppression and bypromoting empowerment, visibility, and social change.

How the LRC is funded

Our funding comes from many sources:

  • Workplace gifts through the Women's Funding Alliance and other workplace campaigns
  • Our Annual Auction
  • Monthly pledges and other donations in response to our telephone campaign
  • LRC News subscriptions and ads
  • Special events like Pandora's Box
  • Foundation grants
  • Individual gifts

Street parking is available as well as limited spaces behind the LRC off of 23rd Ave.
