Rainbow Train serves these, our seniors, by enhancing the cultural competency of service providers regarding LGBT elders. Through Rainbow Train education, providers of all levels and roles will understand that sexual and gender minority people exist in their senior clientele and they have the right be treated without stereotypical practices of heterosexism and homophobia.
